HB 1436: Removes tax deduction for retired military tax deduction.
HB 1454: Simplifies Home School Parent Requirements.
HB 1488: Bans tax payer dollars for abortion.
HB 1507: Strengthens Parental Rights in Virginia.
HB 1693: Improves election integrity, by banning drop boxes in Virginia. This bill passed sub-committee this week!
HB 1889: Public institutions of higher education, and certain other public educational institutions certain immunization requirements prohibited.
HB 1891: A groundbreaking treatment to help with brain injury, addiction, and autism, by establishing a Trans-cranial Magnetic Stimulation pilot program in Virginia.
HB 1898: An anti-BDS bill that helps fight anti-Semitism in Virginia.
HB 1922: Increases the penalty for those who distribute poisonous Delta-8 products to children.
HJ 475: McGuire Introduces Resolution that makes the fourth Wednesday in April, “Career and Technical Education Signing Day”.
HB 2459: Waiver of sovereign immunity If you get shot in a "Gun-Free Zone", you can sue the government.

HB 1128: Income tax, state military benefits subtraction, taxable years beginning on or after Jan. 1, 2022.
Income tax military benefits subtraction emergency. Establishes an income tax subtraction for up to $20,000 of military benefits in taxable year 2022, up to $30,000 in taxable year 2023, and up to $40,000 in taxable year 2024 and each year thereafter. The bill defines military benefits to include military retirement income and benefits paid to the surviving spouse of a veteran. The bill contains an emergency clause.
HB 358: Veteran-owned small businesses waiving of fees.
Veteran-owned small businesses waiving of fees. Directs the Secretary of Veterans and Defense Affairs and the Secretary of Commerce and Trade, in conjunction with the Department of Small Business and Supplier Diversity, to examine the waiving of fees associated with permits necessary to establish a small business for veteran-owned small businesses.
